Why Can't I See Auctions on the Dashboard?

If a user is logged in but is unable to see certain auctions on the Wavebid Dashboard, the auctions are likely restricted.

When creating an auction, users have the ability to restrict access to just Admin Role users and the auction coordinator. Other users will not be able to see the auction.

Auctions on the Dashboard with the Person with Padlock icon located to the right are restricted.

There are three options for correcting this issue:

1. Un-restrict the auction.
   1. Navigate to the applicable auction from the Dashboard, then select Auction > Edit Settings.
   2. Uncheck the Restrict to Coordinator & Admins box.
   3. Click the Disk icon in the top right corner of the page to Save.
2. Make the user the auction's coordinator.
   1. Navigate to the applicable auction from the Dashboard, then select Auction > Edit Settings.
   2. Select the user's name from the Coordinator drop-down. 
   3. Click the Disk icon in the top right corner of the page to Save.
3. Make the user an "Admin".
   1. Navigate to My Links > User > Authorities.
   2. Search for and select the user.
   3. Assign the user to the "ROLE_COMPANY_ADMIN" role.
