This article describes how catalog photos can be downloaded from an auction in Wavebid.
This article contains the following sections:
Download Options
All of the photos from an auction catalog can be downloaded from Wavebid in one of two ways, depending on whether or not the auction has been previously exported and how many of the images are needed.
If the entire auction with all of the images has been previously exported, the fastest way to obtain the images is via the Export Files.
If the auction has not been previously exported, or the export did not contain all of catalog images, or images are only needed for a few lots, then the Download Email is the best option. This option sends an email to the user containing a download link for the selected images. For larger files (more images) the email can take up to one hour to be delivered.
Export Files
- Navigate to the applicable auction from the Dashboard, then select Auction > Export Auction.
- Click the blue timestamp link located in the Previous Photos section located on the right side of the page.
- If there is no Previous Photos section, either the auction has not been exported, or the file was deleted. See the steps below for downloading the photos.
