About Auction Preview

To access the Auction Preview, navigate to the appropriate auction from the Dashboard and select Auction > Preview Auction.

The Auction Attributes that have been enabled on the event's Edit Settings page (Auction > Edit Settings) determine which data (columns) can be viewed on the Auction Preview. For example, if a catalog containing seller codes has been imported, that seller information will not be visible on the Auction Preview until the Assign Seller(s) to Lots attribute has been enabled. For more information relating to Auction Attributes, see Auction Settings.

Auction Preview an be used with both Form Builder and Report Builder.
