Payment Gateways

Wavebid supports four payment gateways, which allows for automatic billing and invoicing using this payment process. This article describes the process for connecting Payment Gateway accounts to Wavebid to allow the processing of payments, refunds and other transactions.

Authorize.net

Payflow by PayPal

PlugNPay

Stripe

Set Default Payment Gateway

 

 

PayTrace                                                                                                   

  1. From the Dashboard, navigate to My Links > Company > Partner Management. 
  2. Click on the Credit Card Processing tab.
  3. Click the Add PayTrace Account link.
  4. Enter the PayTrace Username and Password. If these fields are unknown, please contact PayTrace for further assistance.                  PayTrace.PNG
  5. Click the Save button. PayTrace can now be set as the default Payment Gateway.

 

Authorize.net                                                                                            

Linking to Authorize.net

  1. From the Dashboard, navigate to My Links > Company > Partner Management. 
  2. Click on the Credit Card Processing tab.
  3. Click the Add Authorize.net Account link.
  4. Enter the API Login ID and Transaction Key from Authorize.net. If these values are unknown, see Locate Login ID and Transaction Key. PaymentGatewayAuthorize.net.PNG
  5. Click the Save button. Authorize.net can now be set as the default Payment Gateway.

 

Locate Login ID and Transaction Key

  1. To locate the Authorize.net Login ID and Transaction Key, log into account.authorize.net.
  2. Click on Settings located under the Account section on the left side of the page.                                               Authorize.net1.png           
  3. Under the Security Settings section, click the API Login ID and Transaction Key link.                                Authorize.net2.png                                                                                                                                                               
  4. The page should display the account's API Login ID and Transaction Key. A new one can be created by entering the answer to the Secret Question, which was created when the Authorize.net account was set up. Once the API Login ID and Transaction Key have been located, return to Wavebid to link the Authorize.net account.

 

Payflow by PayPal                                                                                     

  1. From the Dashboard, navigate to My Links > Company > Partner Management.  
  2. Click on the Credit Card Processing tab.
  3. Click the Add Payflow Account link.
  4. Enter the Partner, Vendor/Merchant Login, User, and Password information. If needed, please contact PayPal for assistance in locating the values for these fields. PaymentGatewayPayflowPaypal.PNG
  5. Click the Save button. Payflow can now be set as the default Payment Gateway.

 

PlugNPay                                                                                                  

Configure PlugNPay

  1. Login to the PlugNPay account at https://pay1.plugnpay.com/admin.
  2.   4. Enter a password into the Remote Client Password field.                                                                                                  PlugNPay3.png
  5. Return to the Security Administration page in PlugNPay and click the Transaction Security Configuration link.                                                                                                                                                                 PlugNPay4.png                           
  6. To be able to process VOIDs and REFUNDS, enter the IP address: 50.16.231.84 into the IP Address field and then click the Add IP Address button.                                                                                                       PlugNPay5.png
  7. The IP Address should appear directly above in the Delete IP Addresses section.

 

Link with Wavebid

  1. From the Dashboard, navigate to My Links > Company > Partner Management.  
  2. Click on the Credit Card Processing tab.
  3. Click the Add PlugNPay Account link.
  4. Enter the PlugNPay Username and the Remote Client Password created above. PaymentGatewayPlugNPay.PNG
  5. Click the Save button. PlugNPay can now be set as the default Payment Gateway.

 

Stripe                                                                                                        

  1. From the Dashboard, navigate to My Links > Company > Partner Management.  
  2. Click on the Credit Card Processing tab.
  3. Click the Add Stripe Account link.
  4. Enter the Email and API Key. Click here for more information on obtaining the Stripe API Key.PaymentGatewayStripe.PNG
  5. Click the Save button. Stripe can now be set as the default Payment Gateway.

 

Important note: At this time, Wavebid provides Stripe compatibility for US-based accounts only and is not SCA-compliant (3DS Secure 2) for international card payments.

 

Set Default Payment Gateway                                                                  

After saving the desired Payment Gateway account information, it should be set as the company's default Payment Gateway.

  1. From the Dashboard, navigate to My Links > Company > Profile.
  2. Click on the Preferences tab. 
  3. Click on the Invoice tab on the left side of the page.
  4. Select the appropriate Payment Gateway from the Default Payment Gateway drop-down. 
  5. Click the Disk icon in the top right corner of the page to Save.
