Why Clear Cache and Cookies?
When using a browser, like Chrome, it saves some information from websites in its cache and cookies. Clearing them fixes certain problems, like loading or formatting issues on sites.
- Cookies are files created by sites visited. They make the online experience easier by saving browsing data.
- The cache remembers parts of pages, like images, to help them open faster during a future next visit.
If changes have been made via the Wavebid Plugin and those changes are not appearing on the website, clearing cache will likely resolve the issue.
Clearing Cache and Cookies
When clearing cache and cookies, if prompted to select a time frame, select "All Time". If the browser is cleared for less than "All Time", the issue may persist.

After clearing browser cache and cookies, close the browser completely and then login to the impacted site again. If the issue persists, try restarting the computer.
